Tony Shore is a Baltimore-based artist who paints on Black velvet mostly recognized for his autobiographical paintings of blue-collar life in Southwest Baltimore . Tony is a recipient of a 2017 Franz and Virginia Bader Grant and a 2016 Rubys artist grant.
