An Ode to Hygiene

This piece is hand embroidered with green and white colored dental floss on to a hand towel. Inspired by prayer cloths, I play with who the viewer or user of this object pays homage to. Using everyday hygienic materials, the viewer is asked to question their own daily hygienic rituals.

The piece measures 18"x27"
