Matt Carignan was born in Frederick and graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2012 with a Bachelors in illustration. He's currently working in Baltimore and is the founder of Scramble Skateboards, a company which screen prints hand drawn illustrations directly onto skateboards. Scramble is currently sold in skate shops throughout Maryland, Dc, and Pennsylvania.
