Baker Artist Portfolios

I am a performance artist, multidisciplinary curator, and an arts organizer based in Baltimore. As an artist, my work is especially interested in exploring identity, gender, and intimacy. As a curator and the Artistic Director of EMP, a multiuse art space in downtown Baltimore, my focus is in new works development from other exciting and promising artists, using available resources to champion experimentation and the cross-pollination of media in new performance. I am also the co-founder of Le Mondo, a community-led initiative to redevelop property on the 400 block of Baltimore’s Howard Street into an artist-owned performance incubator and multi-venue community art center.
