About Brooks

Baltimore City, Baltimore County

Brooks Vernon is a filmmaker and novelist born and raised in Maryland. He attended Towson University and was a part of its Electronic Media and Film program, eventually earning a Bachelor's Degree in Film and Video Production. He has written/directed two short films featured in multiple film festivals along with numerous video projects in and out of school.
